Grab your coffee, journal, and favorite pen (yes, I know you have one!) and check in with your holistic wellbeing! According to Merriam-Webster, holistic wellness is a state of being in good health that considers the whole person. Holistic health is more than just skin care routines and expensive fitness classes, although I love those too, it is about tapping into your mind, body, and spirit. When you are feeling low in one area, it may be secretly affecting you in other areas!

My story.

Once upon a time, these prompts really sparked the incense of my spiritual journey. I was burnt out at work and it was affecting ALL areas of my life. I did not want to see my friends or family because I felt so drained. I was shopping online, indulging in retail therapy. I was eating junk and skipping workouts which made me feel even worse. I knew work was not going to change, so I had to. These journal prompts helped shape where I was and where I wanted to go. I knew who I wanted to be and after this journal sesh, I had a plan to get there. So I am not being dramatic when I say these are life changing… because they changed mine!

Why journal?

Whether you are down bad or thriving, journaling is a great way to organize your thoughts and feelings so you can live more intentionally. Getting your thoughts down can help you see patterns or think through areas of your life that you may not think critically about unless you take the time to do so. These prompts are designed to help you reflect, recharge, and rediscover your inner magic!

 Emotional Wellness:

  1. How do you currently handle stress or emotional challenges? What tools or practices would you like to start to incorporate or improve on?

  2. What are you manifesting with your self talk? Are you thinking about what you want to manifest? How could you do this more intentionally?

  3. How do you cultivate self-compassion and emotional resilience in your daily life? In what ways could you grow emotionally?

Spiritual Wellness:

  1. What practices or beliefs bring you a sense of peace and purpose? How can you explore them more deeply?

  2. How can you create more space in your life for reflection, gratitude, or mindfulness? Can they be built into a daily ritual?

  3. Who or what inspires you spiritually, and how can you incorporate more of that influence into your life?

Social Wellness:

  1. Do you feel you need more or less social time? How can you give yourself what you need?

  2. Are there relationships or social dynamics you feel you thrive in? How can you bring these into other aspects of your life?

  3. Are there any relationships or social dynamics that are draining you? How might you address them?

Financial Wellness:

  1. How does your spending align with your personal values? In what ways can your alignment be improved?

  2. How is your relationship with finances? How does your history with money impact this?

  3. What are your financial and goals? How does your spending align with these goals?

Physical Wellness:

  1. Are you getting quality rest? How are your energy levels? What steps could you take to make improvements?

  2. Are you nourishing your body with balanced meals that make me feel good? Are there any dietary habits I’d like to improve or explore?

  3. In what ways do you enjoy moving your body? What makes your body feel good? How can you incorporate more of this into your life?

Take a look at all of your prompts and reflect on what patterns you see. This will help you know where to get started! Try them out and let me know how it goes in the comments! You got this, witch.
